We are pleased to introduce you our architectural design competition “THE ICONIC VILLA OF THE CENTURY” which aims at promoting unique design competitions amongst young architects, architecture students and artists. We sincerely wish to create this competition periodically to motivate young Designers to foster their creativity and polish their ambitions.

RULES

Style: The villa should be unique. The style is free.

Location: anywhere on the earth or beyond.

Area: 750sq.m to be considered for easier comparison and evaluation.

Floors: 1-3 floors according to your design.

-Floor plans

-Exterior perspectives from 4 different angles minimum

-Interior perspectives form 2 different angles minimum

-Animation & walk through (Optional)

**All candidates will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a submission template.
